The Center for Future-Ready Citizens (CFFRC) is a mission-driven organization committed to shaping the next generation of leaders through experiential learning and career preparation. We design and deliver programs that equip high-performing students with in-demand software engineering and business skills, enabling them to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving workforce. In addition to hands-on training, we conduct research, provide public education on key issues in education policy, and advocate for equitable and innovative education systems. Every initiative we pursue reflects our unwavering focus on impact, integrity, and alignment with our core purpose.

Faces of CFFRC
Saanvi Rao
Saanvi is a high school student passionate in pursuing a career in mechanical engineering and renewable energy. Previously, she interned at William Jewell College where she conducted research on wind turbines. At Monsees, Saanvi hopes to strengthen her skills in 3D printing and design, continue learning about mechanical engineering, and gain a foundation of what it is like to run a small company.
Dylan Darr
Dylan is an undergraduate student at the University of Missouri–Kansas City majoring in Information Technology and serves as an IT Intern. He specializes in network security, data organization, and establishing robust organizational security standards. Detail-oriented and proactive, Dylan excels at safeguarding systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring best-practice compliance across IT environments.
Alex Holtkamp
Alex is an undergraduate student at the University of Missouri majoring in Computer Science and a Software Engineering Intern specializing in full-stack development—from mobile apps to responsive websites. Meticulous in data integrity testing, he also trains AI models to analyze both data and images. A fast learner with a collaborative spirit and a passion for innovation, Alex excels at turning complex challenges into effective solutions.
Raphael Realina
Raphael Realina is a Computer Science major at the University of Missouri – Columbia and a returning intern at Monsees Technologies for the summer of 2025, after first joining the team in 2024. He has gained hands-on experience through internships at Oracle (formerly Cerner Corporation), Elysium Construction in London, and Monsees Technologies. These opportunities have strengthened his skills in web and app development and have fueled his ambition to become a software engineer. With a global perspective and a passion for technology, Raphael is focused on building innovative, user-driven solutions as he works toward his professional goals.
